Installing New Dell Computers at Multiple CPD Locations

The Chicago Police Department hired Level-1 to install new Dell computers at multiple police department locations.

As a subcontractor to Dell, Level-1 facilitated meetings to communicate roles and responsibilities, review assumptions and requirements; scheduled activities; served as the central point of contact for all service delivery-related issues; facilitated change requests for existing/proposed services; and provided performance reports.

Level-1 also managed and coordinated the installation support resources, scheduled support resource shifts, and prioritized and controls installation support resource’s daily activities using standard industry-recognized project management tools and methodologies.
