Chicago Police Department District-Wide IT Support

Level-1 provided district-wide support for the Chicago Police Department, including networking, server, and desktop software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support; end-user computing support; IP device troubleshooting, configuration and support; project design, development and management; documentation and reporting; and installations, upgrades and configuration of components into existing SC Series storage controllers.

As a certified servicer for Dell technology, Level-1 removed and reinstalled Dell devices from City Hall to the newly upgraded Chicago Police Department headquarters and configured a 4-host PowerVault SAN.  Level-1 also installed and implemented additional disk enclosures into the existing Dell SC Series SAN for Cook County.
