Anti-Corruption Policy

At Level-1 Global Solutions, integrity is the foundation of our business. We are committed to conducting all operations with honesty, fairness, and transparency, in full compliance with the laws and regulations of every jurisdiction in which we operate.

We strictly prohibit bribery, corruption, and any improper payments. This includes offering, authorizing, or providing money, gifts, favors, or other benefits to public officials, business partners, vendors, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage. Our success is built on trust, performance, and innovation, never on unethical practices.

Our expectations for all employees and partners:

  • All directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents, and representatives working on behalf of Level-1 must uphold this policy.
  • Engagements with third parties must be based on written agreements that clearly outline compliance obligations.
  • Payments to agents or representatives must be properly documented and strictly tied to legitimate business purposes.

All third-party arrangements must be reviewed and approved by Level-1’s General Counsel and authorized officers. We maintain accurate records of all transactions to ensure accountability and transparency.

Any employee who is approached with, or becomes aware of, a request for a bribe or unethical inducement must report it immediately to the General Counsel. Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
