Code of Business Conduct Policy

At Level-1 Global Solutions, we believe that how we conduct business is just as important as the work we deliver. Our Code of Business Conduct establishes the principles and standards that guide every decision, action, and interaction, ensuring integrity, accountability, and trust across our global operations.

We are committed to acting with honesty, fairness, and transparency in all business dealings. Every employee, officer, director, subcontractor, and representative of Level-1 is expected to uphold this Code and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Gifts, meals, or entertainment may only be offered or accepted if they are modest in value, appropriate in nature, and do not create even the appearance of improper influence.

• The maximum allowable value applies over a 12-month period and is measured in U.S. dollars at the time of the transaction, regardless of local currency.
• Entertainment must never be offered to government officials under any circumstances.
• Any gift or entertainment must comply with both this policy and the recipient’s own organization’s rules.

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests could conflict, or appear to conflict, with the best interests of Level-1. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly to management or the General Counsel. We expect all employees and partners to conduct business fairly, transparently, and responsibly. Improper payments, kickbacks, or other unethical practices are strictly prohibited. All business records must be accurate and reflect legitimate transactions.

Employees are responsible for understanding and following this Code. If you are uncertain about a situation or believe a violation has occurred, you must seek guidance or report concerns immediately to your local compliance representative or the General Counsel. Retaliation against those who raise concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
