Community Engagement Policy

At Level-1 Global Solutions, we believe that strong communities create strong businesses. Our commitment to community engagement is built on a simple principle: invest where we live and work and align that investment with our mission of advancing knowledge, prosperity, health, and quality of life.

We dedicate up to 1% of annual pre-tax profits to charitable and nonprofit organizations. Contributions may be made in cash, in-kind services, or through employee volunteer efforts. Our focus areas include the arts, education, the environment, and health and wellness.

All contributions are subject to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

  • Requests must follow our formal Application Process and be reviewed against our funding criteria.
  • We do not support causes that conflict with our values, create a conflict of interest, or involve political contributions.
  • Contributions are tracked through Benevity, our global giving platform, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Our community engagement budget is managed equitably:

  • 50% is allocated by the Corporate Community Engagement Committee.
  • 50% is distributed regionally, based on local needs and presence.

Focus Areas:

  • Arts: Support for community arts organizations, education, and festivals.
  • Education: Scholarships, training, and partnerships that prepare the next generation.
  • Environment: Programs that promote sustainability and responsible development.
  • Health & Wellness: Support for national health charities, hospitals, and regional health initiatives.

Level-1 does not contribute to:

  • Political parties or advocacy groups.
  • Profit-making ventures or individual sponsorships.
  • Initiatives that could create bias, discrimination, or conflict of interest.

Community engagement is not an add-on to our business, it is a reflection of our values. By focusing our efforts strategically, we ensure that our support creates measurable impact while strengthening the bond between Level-1, our employees, and the communities we serve.
