Copyright Policy

At Level-1 Global Solutions, we respect and protect intellectual property- our own, our partners’, and our clients’. Copyright is more than a legal requirement; it is a foundation of trust, creativity, and integrity. This policy defines our commitment to ensuring that all works created, shared, and used in connection with Level-1 are properly protected, credited, and compliant with applicable copyright laws.

All materials produced by or for Level-1 Global Solutions including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, documentation, presentations, and audiovisual materials are the exclusive property of Level-1, unless otherwise noted. These works are protected by copyright law, and unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

When Level-1 uses content, technology, or creative assets developed by third parties, we do so under proper license, permission, or legal exemption (such as fair use). Employees, contractors, and partners are required to:

  • Obtain necessary licenses or permissions before using third-party works.
  • Accurately attribute third-party content in accordance with license terms.
  • Avoid infringing activities, such as unlicensed copying, distribution, or alteration.

Level-1 recognizes and respects the intellectual property rights of our clients, collaborators, and partners. Any proprietary materials provided to us will be used solely for the purposes of the project, under the terms of the applicable contract, and will not be disclosed, distributed, or repurposed outside that scope.

Employees, subcontractors, and consultants working with Level-1 must always comply with this Copyright Policy. This includes:

  • Respecting copyright in internal and external communications.
  • Ensuring that all work created on behalf of Level-1 is original or properly licensed.
  • Reporting suspected copyright violations immediately to the Legal or Compliance team.

Violations of this policy, whether intentional or unintentional, may expose both the company and individuals to legal liability. Any breach will result in corrective action, which may include disciplinary measures up to and including termination of employment or contract, as well as potential civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.
