Health, Safety & Security

Health, Safety & Security Policy

At Level-1 Global Solutions, the health, safety, and security of our employees, clients, partners, and communities are non-negotiable. We believe that every individual deserves to work in an environment where their well-being is prioritized, risks are minimized, and security is upheld at the highest standards. This policy outlines our commitment to creating safe workplaces and project sites, supported by proactive risk management and a culture of accountability.

We recognize that our work in technology and infrastructure design often takes place in complex environments. To protect our people and partners, Level-1 adheres to rigorous health and safety protocols, which include:

  • Compliance with law and standards: Meeting or exceeding OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Training and awareness: Providing employees and contractors with clear training on safe work practices, emergency response, and hazard recognition.
  • Incident prevention: Conducting site assessments, risk evaluations, and routine audits to proactively eliminate hazards before they cause harm.
  • Employee well-being: Promoting practices that support physical health, mental health, and work-life balance, because safety is more than compliance, it’s care.

As a trusted partner in critical infrastructure, we take security just as seriously as health and safety. Our security policies cover:

  • Access control: Ensuring only authorized individuals gain entry to offices, project sites, and sensitive facilities.
  • Information security alignment: Safeguarding client data and company systems through strict protocols, encryption, and monitoring.
  • Physical security protocols: Coordinating with clients, contractors, and law enforcement where required to protect personnel and property.
  • Emergency preparedness: Establishing response plans for crises ranging from natural disasters to workplace threats.

Safety and security are not the responsibility of a single team—they are a collective obligation. Every employee, contractor, and partner is empowered to:

  • Identify and report hazards or risks immediately.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and security requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Level-1 will investigate any breach of this policy thoroughly and act decisively. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts, and may involve law enforcement where applicable.

We do not view health, safety, and security as checkboxes—they are central to how we work. By embedding these values into every project, office, and partnership, we protect not just people, but also the trust that makes our work possible.
