Human Rights Policy
At Level-1 Global Solutions, we believe that respect for human rights is fundamental to building trust, sustaining communities, and conducting business responsibly. Our work in technology and infrastructure places us at the center of projects that touch people’s lives, and with that comes the responsibility to ensure dignity, equality, and fairness for every individual we impact.
Our approach to human rights is aligned with internationally recognized frameworks, including:
- The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
- The International Labor Organization’s (ILO) core conventions
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs)
These standards form the foundation of our policy and guide our actions across all markets and geographies.
We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Employment decisions and workplace practices are based solely on qualifications, skills, and performance, never on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
Level-1 is committed to ensuring fair labor practices across our operations and supply chain. This includes:
- No forced labor: We reject all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking, and coerced employment.
- No child labor: We comply fully with international standards prohibiting child labor.
Fair wages and hours: Compensation practices meet or exceed legal requirements in every jurisdiction where we operate. - Safe workplaces: We adhere to strict health, safety, and security standards to protect all employees and contractors.
We respect the rights of employees to form, join, or not join labor unions and to engage in collective bargaining in accordance with local laws.
Our responsibility extends beyond our walls. We expect our vendors, contractors, and partners to uphold the same human rights standards that we do. All third parties working with Level-1 must commit to fair treatment, safe conditions, and ethical practices, with compliance evaluated through contracts, audits, or performance reviews.
Human rights are not just principles; they are enforceable commitments. Employees, partners, and stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns or violations confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Reports are investigated promptly, and corrective actions are taken where necessary.
Technology and infrastructure exist to serve people. By embedding respect for human rights into everything we do, we ensure that our projects don’t just deliver performance; they deliver equity, dignity, and trust.
