Chief Administrative Officer
Farris Randle is the Chief Administrative Officer at Level-1 Global Solutions, LLC. Farris manages the HR department in setting and attaining organizational goals and supervises in-house office staff. She oversees corporate liability compliance, MBE/DBE Licensure, State, and local certificate NCA renewals, COI requests and changes, Level-1 website domain renewals, USAC filings, and vendor small business supplier certification. In addition, she reviews all policies for adherence and compliance to client needs and distributes for effective communication within the administrative staff.
Farris has over 15 years of property management experience in a class-A 1.2 mil sq ft. commercial office building. Her professional expertise includes managing relationships with clients, vendors, training staff in various facets of the organization, creating and streamlining procedures, processing vendor payments, maintaining accurate A/P files, and updating budgets as needed. Farris specializes in confidential document management and effective communication throughout the administrative and senior staff to aid in the success of the organization. She has been acknowledged by her peers and received numerous awards in customer service, client satisfaction.
