Installing a First-of-its-Kind PoS System for Wine Service

We engineered, procured, installed, and tested advanced WiFi technology for a first-of-its-kind tablet-based PoS system for servers and sommeliers. This system replaced decades-old paper-based wine menus and automated pairings based on the selection of fine foods and appetizers. With over 12,000 individual wines based on emerging technologies and intelligent automation through software development and hardware, implementation proved to be a differentiator for high-end restaurants and was mimicked by multiple establishments for years afterward, paving the way for innovation in the wine and food industry.
