For more than two decades, Level-1 Global Solutions has helped shape how cities, campuses, and civic institutions connect, communicate, and perform. Founded in Chicago in 2001, Level-1 began as a mission-critical systems integrator and has evolved into a multidisciplinary technology infrastructure and engineering firm, designing and delivering the systems that make buildings and cities intelligent, resilient, and future-ready.

Looking ahead, our Quantum Infrastructure Plan defines how the next era of connectivity will be built. It establishes a framework for the ultra-secure, low-latency, high-bandwidth networks required for advanced computation. Here, infrastructure becomes spatial geometry: fibers as pathways of information, buildings as data nodes, and cities as living computational systems. The work anticipates not just new technologies but new relationships between design, information, and urban intelligence.

Global Expertise
Level-1’s work is informed not only by deep local engagement, but by global experience embedded within our team. Our leadership includes professionals who have delivered complex technology, security, and infrastructure systems across international markets, bringing a broader understanding of how cities, campuses, and institutions operate under varied regulatory, cultural, and operational conditions. Through in-house leadership from Antonio Wright, a senior security and technology infrastructure consultant with deep experience on major domestic and international projects, we bring global standards and hard-earned field intelligence into every engagement. Antonio has contributed to airport expansions and security operations environments across the United States, including O’Hare 21 and major terminal projects, and has supported large-scale mixed-use districts and mission-critical systems planning in global cities such as London and Riyadh. His background also includes healthcare and civic infrastructure programs abroad, where technology and security systems must perform under intense operational demands, strict compliance frameworks, and high public scrutiny. This international exposure strengthens Level-1’s approach to resilience, interoperability, and long-term performance. It informs how we think about security, governance, scalability, and operational continuity, especially in environments where infrastructure must perform without failure. While Level-1 remains firmly rooted in Chicago and focused on domestic delivery, this global perspective ensures our work reflects best practices drawn from some of the most demanding built environments in the world.
