The Illinois State Treasurer’s Office is responsible for managing billions of taxpayer dollars, overseeing investment strategies, college savings initiatives, and unclaimed property programs across the state. When the Treasurer’s Office moved to 115 S. LaSalle, it wasn’t just relocating operations, it was redefining how technology supports the State’s financial integrity, accessibility, and long-term stewardship. 

Level-1 Global Solutions was selected to lead the infrastructure redesign supporting this transition. Our work focused on building a resilient, secure, and future-ready technology environment aligned with the Treasurer’s constitutional mandate and the Office’s commitment to public trust. 

From uninterrupted communication systems to secure data environments, every system was engineered to assist in the protection of financial workflows while enhancing transparency in public service. Structured cabling, wireless coverage, secure audiovisual systems, and physical access controls were designed to be integrated into a seamless infrastructure designed for reliability, clarity, and operational continuity.
